  1. Toast the 8 slices of sandwich bread lightly, 2 to 3 minutes, until golden but still soft.
  2. Spread 4 of the still-warm slices with the peanut butter, about 30 g on each.
  3. Cut the bananas into 5 mm rounds and lay them over the top, covering the whole slice.
  4. Drizzle with honey, about 1 teaspoon per sandwich, and close with the remaining slices.
  5. Cut each sandwich in half diagonally and serve while the bread is still warm.
