Apple App Store subscriptions
In the iOS app, open You → PlanMyMeals Plus → Manage Subscription. You can also manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple Account settings. Apple handles charges and refund decisions for purchases made through the App Store.

Direct web subscriptions
A subscription bought on the PlanMyMeals website is managed through Stripe. Sign in on the web and open You → PlanMyMeals Plus → Manage billing. If you cannot reach the billing portal, email support from the address on the purchasing account.
Account deletion
You can permanently delete your account inside PlanMyMeals under You → Privacy and data. Deleting the app or your PlanMyMeals account does not cancel an Apple or Stripe subscription. Cancel with the provider first if you do not want the subscription to renew.

Read the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. For a privacy-rights request, email support with the subject “Privacy request.”
