  1. In a bowl, mix the 200 g of oats with the Greek yoghurt, the milk and the chia seeds until everything is moistened.
  2. Sweeten with the honey, about 30 g, and fold through.
  3. Divide between 4 jars and add half the berries, about 100 g.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours, overnight, until the oats turn creamy.
  5. In the morning, top with the remaining berries and serve cold.
