These terms govern your use of PlanMyMeals, operated by LUCAS VICENTE, UNIPESSOAL LDA (NIF 519481747). By creating an account you agree to them.
The service
PlanMyMeals helps households plan meals, build shopping lists, and cook. You must be at least 18 and provide accurate account information. You’re responsible for activity in your household and for keeping your login secure.
Subscriptions, auto-renewal & cancellation
PlanMyMeals offers a free tier and a paid Plus subscription. Plus is priced per household rather than per person, by the number of seats it covers. Current Portugal/EUR prices:
- Household (up to 2 people) — €6.99 per month or €69.99 per year
- Household 4 (up to 4 people) — €9.99 per month or €99.99 per year
- Household 6 (up to 6 people) — €12.99 per month or €129.99 per year
The price, currency, billing period, and any applicable taxes shown by Apple or Stripe immediately before you confirm are the terms of that purchase. Prices in other countries or currencies can differ from the Portugal/EUR catalogue above.
Purchases made in the iOS app are processed by Apple as App Store auto-renewable subscriptions. Direct web purchases are processed by Stripe. Your receipt identifies the provider that charged you. A subscription bought from one provider cannot be cancelled or refunded through the other.
Your subscription renews automatically at the then-current price, for the same period, until you cancel. You will be charged at the start of each new period.
To cancel an Apple subscription: use Manage Subscription in PlanMyMeals or your Apple Account subscription settings. To cancel a direct web subscription: use the Stripe billing portal from the web account that purchased it. Cancelling normally stops the next renewal while access continues through the paid period, subject to the provider’s displayed terms.
Deleting the PlanMyMeals app, browser data, or your PlanMyMeals account does not cancel an Apple or Stripe subscription. Cancel with the billing provider before deleting your account if you do not want it to renew.
Seats. Each plan covers a fixed number of household members. You cannot join a household that is already at its seat limit; to add more people, the household owner upgrades to a larger plan. Only the household owner can start, change, or cancel the subscription.
EU consumer rights. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory withdrawal, conformity, refund, or other consumer rights. The rules and request route can depend on where you live, the service supplied, and the provider that processed the purchase. For an Apple purchase, submit the request through Apple; for a direct web purchase, contact support@planmymeals.ai so we can review it under applicable law.
Refunds. Apple decides refund requests for App Store purchases; request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. For direct web purchases, contact support@planmymeals.ai. Refund eligibility varies by circumstances and applicable law.
Meal plans, recipes & food safety
Recipes, nutrition figures, prices, and AI-generated suggestions are provided for convenience and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Always check ingredients and product labels yourself — especially for allergies, intolerances, or cross-contamination. PlanMyMeals is not a medical, nutritional, or food-safety service and does not replace professional advice. You are responsible for what you buy, cook, and eat.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the service: no unlawful use, no attempts to break security or access other households’ data, no scraping or resale of content.
Your content & ours
You keep ownership of recipes and content you add, and grant us a licence to host and display it to run the service. The app, its seed recipes, and branding remain ours.
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties and limit our liability; nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Portuguese/EU law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence).
Termination
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time under You → Account. Account deletion does not cancel a subscription; use the provider-specific cancellation steps above first. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
Governing law & changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. We may update them; material changes will be notified in the app. Questions: support@planmymeals.ai.
