  1. Mash the 3 bananas well with a fork and mix with the eggs to a smooth cream.
  2. Add the oats, the milk and the baking powder, fold to a thick batter and let it rest 5 minutes so the oats hydrate.
  3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat with a knob of butter, renewing the butter for each batch.
  4. Drop in spoonfuls of batter of about 2 tablespoons and cook 2 to 3 minutes per side, turning when the surface is full of bubbles and the edges are set, until golden.
  5. Serve the pancakes stacked, drizzled with honey.
