Method
- Mix Worcestershire sauce, oyster sauce, ketchup, soy sauce and sugar.
- Heat vegetable oil. Stir-fry the pork until almost cooked. Season with black pepper.
- Add onion, carrot and cabbage. Cook until the cabbage wilts.
- Add the yakisoba noodles and the sauce. Toss until coated and hot.
- Finish with spring onion.
Shopping tip
Noodles yakisoba or massa tipo chow mein work. Molho ingles, ketchup, molho de soja and molho de ostra build the sauce. Thin pork loin is easier than belly in PT. Aonori and pickled ginger are optional.
