Method
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut them into slices about 0.5 cm thick.
- In an oven tray, arrange the potato slices. Season with a little olive oil, salt and freshly ground black pepper. Put in the oven for about 15 minutes, or until they begin to become tender.
- While the potatoes pre-cook, prepare the hake fillets. Wash them and pat dry with kitchen paper.
- Remove the tray from the oven. Place the hake fillets on top of the potatoes.
- Drizzle the fillets with a little olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cut the lemon into slices and distribute them over the fillets.
- Return to the oven for a further 10-15 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and the potatoes are golden.
- Serve immediately.
