  1. Heat the oven to 180C. Squeeze all liquid from the thawed spinach.
  2. Mix spinach with crumbled feta, beaten eggs, chopped onion, garlic, parsley, dill, olive oil, salt and black pepper.
  3. Brush a baking dish with olive oil. Layer half the phyllo sheets, brushing each with olive oil. Spread the filling. Cover with the remaining sheets, brushing each with olive oil.
  4. Score the top into squares. Bake about 40 minutes until the phyllo is crisp and golden. Rest 10 minutes.
