Method
- Mix grated potatoes, grated paneer, cornflour, garam masala, chili powder, salt and coriander. Shape balls, brush with vegetable oil, and bake at 200C until gold, about 15 minutes, turning once.
- Soften onion, garlic, ginger, tomato and cashews in butter. Blend smooth.
- Return the puree to the pan with cream, sugar and water. Simmer 8 minutes.
- Add the baked kofta at the table so they stay intact.
