  1. Brown the beef in olive oil in batches. Set aside. Soften onion, then garlic, ginger and green chili.
  2. Stir in garam masala, turmeric, cayenne, mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds and Madras curry powder 1 minute.
  3. Add canned tomatoes, tomato paste, coconut milk and the beef. Cover and simmer 75 minutes until the beef is tender.
  4. Stir in yogurt. Taste for salt and serve.
