Method

  1. Mix flour, instant yeast, salt, olive oil and warm water to a soft dough. Knead 5 minutes. Rest 45 minutes.
  2. Heat the oven to 240C with a tray inside. Mix za’atar with olive oil.
  3. Divide the dough into four rounds. Dimple with fingertips and spread the za’atar mixed with olive oil.
  4. Bake on the hot tray 7 to 10 minutes until puffed and browned at the edges. Serve with cucumber and tomato.
