  1. Butterfly the chicken and season with salt, chopped garlic and paprika.
  2. Prepare the sauce: mix olive oil, garlic, piri-piri and lemon juice.
  3. Brush the chicken with some of the sauce and let marinate for 30 minutes.
  4. Grill over medium heat, about 15 minutes on each side, brushing with the sauce.
  5. Serve drizzled with the remaining piri-piri sauce, with rice or chips.
