  1. Heat the oven to 200C. Pulse drained canned chickpeas with garlic, parsley, cumin, coriander, salt and a spoon of tahini. Shape into small patties.
  2. Brush with olive oil and bake about 20 minutes, turning once, until browned.
  3. Stir remaining tahini with lemon juice and a little water.
  4. Spread hummus in bowls. Add cucumber, tomato, olives and the baked falafel. Drizzle tahini sauce.
