Method

- Cut the chicken thighs into cubes. Season with salt and black pepper.
- Heat vegetable oil. Brown the chicken. Add the teriyaki mix and simmer until glossy.
- Steam the broccoli in the same pan with a splash of water until bright green.
- Divide rice, chicken and broccoli into four boxes. Finish with sesame seeds and spring onion. Cool before the lid.
