  1. Rub the lamb with garlic, paprika, olive oil, salt and pepper.
  2. Place in a roasting tin with the bay leaves and pour over the wine.
  3. Roast at 180°C for about 70 minutes, basting with the juices.
  4. Add the potatoes cut into wedges and roast for a further 20 minutes.
  5. Rest for 10 minutes before carving.
