Method

  1. Heat the oven to 200 C. Toss the frozen pork dumplings and broccoli with vegetable oil on a tray. Bake 12 minutes.
  2. Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, garlic and a splash of water. Pour over the tray and bake 8 to 10 minutes more until the dumplings are hot and the edges crisp.
  3. Scatter spring onion and serve from the tray.
