Method
- Cook the Japanese short-grain rice and keep it warm.
- Drain the canned tuna. Mix with mayonnaise and a splash of soy sauce.
- Pan-cook the salmon fillets in vegetable oil with a little salt until flaky. Mix sesame seeds with the remaining soy sauce for the third filling.
- Wet your hands, salt the palms, and shape twelve triangles with a spoon of filling in each.
- Wrap with nori and serve.
