  1. Dissolve the dried yeast in lukewarm water. Mix with flour, salt and olive oil into a soft dough. Knead 8 minutes. Rise 45 minutes.
  2. Brush a sheet pan with olive oil and press the dough to the edges. Dimple deeply with your fingers.
  3. Press in cherry tomatoes, olives and rosemary. Spoon on more olive oil and a pinch of salt.
  4. Heat the oven to 220 C. Let the tray sit 15 minutes more.
  5. Bake 18 to 22 minutes until golden. Cool slightly, cut and serve.
