  1. Heat the oven to 220C. Cut the potatoes into fries, toss with olive oil, oregano and salt, and roast 30 minutes until gold.
  2. Grate the cucumber, squeeze dry, and stir with Greek yogurt, garlic, dill, lemon and salt.
  3. Soften onion and garlic in olive oil. Add the ground beef, oregano, cumin, paprika, salt and black pepper. Cook until browned, then finish with lemon.
  4. Warm the pita bread and cut into wedges.
  5. Plate the beef with the fries, pita, tomato, red onion, cucumber, parsley and tzatziki.
