  1. Warm the dashi with soy sauce, mirin, sake and salt. Keep hot, not boiling hard.
  2. Soak the wakame until it opens. Slice the spring onion. Boil the eggs until just set, then peel.
  3. Boil the soba noodles in a second pot according to the pack. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  4. Rewarm the noodles in hot water, drain, and bowl them.
  5. Pour the broth over. Top with wakame, spring onion and eggs.
