  1. Heat sesame oil. Fry garlic, ginger and ground pork until the pork is no longer pink.
  2. Stir in miso paste, sugar and sake. Pour in chicken stock and simmer gently. Taste for salt.
  3. Boil the ramen noodles in a second pot until just tender. Drain well.
  4. Divide noodles into bowls. Ladle the miso pork broth over.
  5. Top with eggs, frozen corn, nori and spring onion.
